Long before he was a punchline with a topknot, Fatty Bobsticks bowed to a superior in the Dojo and meant it, back straight, katana oiled, the whole disciplined package his shadow, Fat Bob, never quite managed. Then one night the sake hit different, the superior said something about his form that stung worse than any blade, and Fatty aped a haymaker straight into the chain of command, ending his honorable era in one glorious, regrettable swing. Ever since, he's been loud about how he is nothing like that soft, sentimental Fat Bob everyone keeps comparing him to, even as he argues with the man's shadow every morning while rolling a joint he swears is his last one for the week. Now he's declared himself sensei of the degens, promising to teach floor-humping gamblers and weed-glazed drifters the discipline he himself lost in one drunken haymaker, and every lesson dissolves into him monologuing about how he'd have rugged that superior even harder given the chance. His students never learn a single stance, but they do learn that Fatty Bobsticks would rather lose the fight for discipline loudly, in public, forever, than let Fat Bob's shadow win the argument quietly.
No accessory. Maximum presence. The Shirtless Runt fighters decided that bare skin is its own kind of armor — visible, deliberate, impossible to mistake.
The hour when most give up. The Blue Evening fighters are still at their desk, still watching the chart, still holding.
The foundation. The crowd. The 2,426 who showed up and kept showing up. Degens are what the Dojo is built from — not the rare exceptions, but the persistent presence.
No fixed allegiance. The Mercenary fighters fight for whoever offers the right terms and have never lost a battle when those terms were met.
He exists in Fat Bob's extended universe — related, distinct, and absolutely exhausted by the comparison. Same build, same laugh, different problems. Do not, he begs you, get them confused.
Clear eyes. No filter. The unshielded gaze that sees things as they are — not as they're presented or sold.
The Dojo's samurai. The Dejen Samurai fighters carry the warrior tradition through the collection's own lens — ancient code, contemporary context.
Implies infirmity, delivers otherwise. The Wooden Walking Cane fighters move slower than expected and hit harder than prepared for.
