Goro was always the last one anyone noticed, the youngest in a house full of shouting brothers, and he learned early that stillness was its own kind of weapon. It was in the dirt behind the training yard, trading grins with Rin while the older boys sparred themselves hoarse, that something in him finally sharpened into resolve, and he picked up a blade not for glory but to have something worth standing still for. The wars came and went the way weather does, and Goro watched them all end from some quiet corner, patient as ever, until patience curdled into waiting for the next hand of cards instead of the next honorable death. Now he runs a gambling den thick with weed smoke and bad decisions, dealing from a deck he definitely marked, watching degens ape their life savings into pots they will never win. He tells himself he is still watching, still waiting, still disciplined, but the discipline left with Rin's laugh years ago, and all that remains is the watching, and the house always winning.
No accessory. Maximum presence. The Shirtless Runt fighters decided that bare skin is its own kind of armor — visible, deliberate, impossible to mistake.
Bright but not loud. The Teal Daytime fighters are the ones you underestimate because they don't announce their arrival.
