Stresshead Rin once stood ready for ambushes, sieges, poisoned tea, the works, but nothing in his samurai training prepared him for a squad of courtesans crowding his own quarters with sake cups and softer intentions. He had a contingency for everything except gentleness, so when they descended he panicked, barked something rude, knocked over a lacquer tray, and fled like the room itself had rugged him. Every night since, he replays it in slow motion, convinced he could have handled it with more honor if he'd just done fifty more hours of drills beforehand, as if discipline were a floor price he forgot to set. Now he sits cross legged at 3am with a half rolled joint going cold in his fingers, journaling battle plans for a war that ended years ago while his actual problem was three women being nice to him. He still tenses at every knock on the door, fully expecting an ambush, getting instead a noodle delivery, and losing that particular fight for composure all over again.
No accessory. Maximum presence. The Shirtless Runt fighters decided that bare skin is its own kind of armor — visible, deliberate, impossible to mistake.
