Tokuda swears, to anyone still drinking near closing time, that he was one rice harvest away from the shogunate itself, and nobody has ever successfully proven otherwise. Then came Okonawa, a borrowed banner, a stolen tone of voice, and one very convincing impersonation of his own superior that ended his career in a hail of laughter instead of arrows. He still barks orders at izakaya staff like they're a garrison, mid sentence rising into a full battle cry over a lukewarm bowl of ramen, because the throat that once rallied armies refuses to learn the indoor voice. Every dojo morning he vows to sit in disciplined silence for one full minute, and every morning he is shouting again by the count of eight, gallows laughing at himself before the shame even lands. He was almost shogun once, he insists, raising his cup like a war banner, and if the world will not give him an army then by the gods it will at least give him an audience.
No accessory. Maximum presence. The Shirtless Runt fighters decided that bare skin is its own kind of armor — visible, deliberate, impossible to mistake.
Lived-in color. The Warm Grey background belongs to fighters who have been through enough that their edges have softened without their core changing.
