Yuuki once carried the calm of a man who had made peace with his own sword, the kind of stillness monks write poems about. Then Raiku dragged him to the men's pleasure house one lazy afternoon, passed him a joint like it was a ceremonial blade, and something in Yuuki's tranquil little universe quietly rugged itself.
