Raikou rolled up to the main Buddhist temple with a shamisen he barely knew how to tune and a promise to himself, whispered like a mantra, that today he'd meditate first and vibe second. That promise lasted about as long as a floor price on a rug pull. The courtesans laughed at his off-key serenade, someone slid him a baggie of mushrooms like it was a private mint, and Raikou aped in without even checking the contract. Somewhere between the second verse and the third, enlightenment showed up wearing sandals made of static, and he decided discipline was just a coin he'd HODL for another lifetime. He floated out past the temple bell utterly blissed, utterly rugged by his own good intentions, grinning like a man who just realized samsara has really good customer service.”
