Diary
Raikou once carried a blade like a monk carries silence, but that was before Legless Tom rolled up to his own quarters with a jug of something that smelled like regret and low-cap gas fees. They drank slow, then not slow at all, and somewhere between the third cup and the sunrise Raikou felt his old discipline rug pull itself right out of his hands. He calls it tainted now, the way an NFT gets tainted after a bad mint, but he swears the vibes were immaculate and the enlightenment was real, man, real as the floor price never coming back. So he sits cross-legged in the wreckage of his own quarters, half a joint deep, drafting a curriculum for the degens who'll inevitably ape into his dojo seeking wisdom he definitely does not have. He fails at discipline every single day, forgetting his own lessons mid-sentence, but he keeps teaching anyway, because a stoned sensei is still a sensei, and the tea, much like his patience, is always slowly getting cold.
No accessory. Maximum presence. The Shirtless Runt fighters decided that bare skin is its own kind of armor — visible, deliberate, impossible to mistake.
Neither dark nor white. The Light Grey background belongs to fighters who operate in the space between certainties and have made it comfortable there.
The foundation. The crowd. The 2,426 who showed up and kept showing up. Degens are what the Dojo is built from — not the rare exceptions, but the persistent presence.
War color, formal cut. The Red Warrior Kimono fighters dressed for the battle they expected and arrived at the one they got.
'Raikou' — lightning light. He moved slow and easy right up until the instant he didn't, and then it was over. These days he's mostly slow, and swears the smoke helps him think.
Clear eyes. No filter. The unshielded gaze that sees things as they are — not as they're presented or sold.
Found. Not forged. The Large Branch fighters don't wait for the right weapon — they use what's available and are surprised when this needs explanation.
