They called him Fat Bob before he ever lifted a blade, and somewhere between the war camps and the weed fields he decided the name was less an insult than a prophecy worth fulfilling. He climbed Mount Fuji once, not for enlightenment or discipline, but because a dojo elder said the summit air might clear his head, and Bob figured he'd clear something else entirely while he was up there. Alone at the peak, cheeks red from altitude and pure self-satisfaction, he indulged himself relentlessly, grinning at the clouds like they owed him applause. He came down the mountain lighter in spirit, heavier in shame, utterly unrepentant, and told anyone who'd listen that Fuji had never seen a more spiritual awakening. His sensei wept, his rivals laughed, and Bob, ever jovial, just patted his belly and called it training for the soul.
No accessory. Maximum presence. The Shirtless Runt fighters decided that bare skin is its own kind of armor — visible, deliberate, impossible to mistake.
Lived-in color. The Warm Grey background belongs to fighters who have been through enough that their edges have softened without their core changing.

The most accurate names arrive from someone else — and Fat Bob's did, unkindly, long ago. He's spent every fight since proving whoever it was had a point.
