They called him Fat Bob before he ever earned it, back when he was just a lean nobody with a katana and a name some drunk merchant slapped on him as a joke, and somehow the universe decided the joke should become prophecy. Years of ramen benders and floor-is-lava sake nights later, Bob wandered into the red light district of some forgotten port town looking for cheap thrills and got instead a full public roasting from a den mother who clocked his gut, his gait, and his whole sorry vibe in under ten seconds flat. The crowd laughed, Bob laughed loudest of all because what else do you do when the universe rugs your dignity in broad daylight, but something in him quietly cracked like a floor price nobody wanted to watch fall.
