Igor The Veteran does not raise his voice, so the room learns to lower its own. He was honorable once, disciplined, a blade kept clean before the wars went quiet and the world got loud in a different way. On a high moon evening someone screamed at him outside a rigged card game, called him washed, called him rugged by his own bad bets, and something in him went still instead of breaking. Now he says he will teach self defence, opens a dusty dojo above a noodle shop, charges in weed instead of yen, and mostly just sits there weathered as stone while students wait for a lesson that is really just him staring at the floor price of his own patience. He will not explain the title. He earned it the night he stopped shouting back.'
Sober, unlike the drunk variant. The Lizard fighters have a companion with excellent judgment who never asks for anything and always seems to know when to leave.
Royalty that refused the crown. The Purple Night backgrounds belong to fighters who could have been somewhere easier and chose not to be.
The foundation. The crowd. The 2,426 who showed up and kept showing up. Degens are what the Dojo is built from — not the rare exceptions, but the persistent presence.
Sovereignty in fabric form. The Queeny Chic fighters dress with authority that was never granted by anyone else and therefore can't be revoked.
The other Igor — the lean one, who earned the word Veteran inside the dojo rather than bringing it with him. He's never explained what it refers to, and nobody's asked twice.
The Dojo itself, rendered on glass. The Dojo Graffiti fighters see everything through the collection's own aesthetic — they can't separate themselves from it.
Mastery without ceremony. The Kung Fu Master fighters stopped needing to prove the title long before anyone stopped asking for proof.
Organization-issue. The Yakuza Club fighters have backup in the weight of the weapon itself — it carries institutional authority.
