Diary
Junichiro Reborn died once, or so the legend insists, and came back with a stillness that makes grown ronin flinch, so naturally he chose to spend his newfound eternity slurping tonkotsu with BBQ Ben at the corner noodle house instead of meditating on a mountain like a normal reborn warrior. Between Ben's ribs and the shop's third bowl of broth, something in Junichiro's spirit recalibrated, his sword hand steadier, his ego quieter, his myth somehow both bigger and less annoying. He tells anyone who'll listen that true bushido was never in the dojo, it was in watching a man who smells like a smoker eat noodles with the focus of a monk, and honestly the data checks out because Junichiro's win rate went up right after. He still tries to meditate every morning, sits in seiza for exactly forty seconds before his knees stage a rebellion and he ends up scrolling floor prices instead, muttering that discipline is a marathon, not a sprint, mostly to convince himself. Reborn or not, humbled or not, he keeps going back to that noodle house, because apparently enlightenment tastes like pork fat and Ben's unbothered chewing, and a man who has already died once figures why rush the next lesson.
No accessory. Maximum presence. The Shirtless Runt fighters decided that bare skin is its own kind of armor — visible, deliberate, impossible to mistake.
Neither dark nor white. The Light Grey background belongs to fighters who operate in the space between certainties and have made it comfortable there.
The foundation. The crowd. The 2,426 who showed up and kept showing up. Degens are what the Dojo is built from — not the rare exceptions, but the persistent presence.
Wealth made garment. The Money Kimono fighters wear their wins literally — the fabric is a record, not a boast.
He walked into something that should have ended him and walked back out with the same name and none of the same conditions. Nobody agrees what happened out there, and he's in no hurry to explain.
Gold-edged, elevated. The Pompous Glasses fighters have earned the right to look down at something and have chosen to look down at mediocrity.
Named for the legendary fighter. The Red Heihachi fighters carry that name's weight in every match and find it light.
The magical longbow. The Runed Yumi fighters inscribed power into their range weapon — the runes are the reason the arrows find what they're looking for.
