Raikou The Stoner used to sit seiza on the dojo roof at dawn, breathing discipline like his ancestors, back when tile and sky still meant something sacred. Years and several bad harvests later he found himself up there again at noon, pants around his ankles, mid self-love session in full view of three delivery monks and a confused hawk, chasing some half-remembered lesson about union with the universe. He reported afterward, with the flat calm of a man reviewing a rugged JPEG, that the experience was uninspiring, low APY on the enlightenment front, no alpha gained. The dojo elders renamed him tainted that same afternoon, though Raikou insists it's more of a rebrand than a fall, he's just diversifying his practice. Now he meditates on that roof again most mornings, robe on, mostly, still whispering
No accessory. Maximum presence. The Shirtless Runt fighters decided that bare skin is its own kind of armor — visible, deliberate, impossible to mistake.

'Raikou' — lightning light. He moved slow and easy right up until the instant he didn't, and then it was over. These days he's mostly slow, and swears the smoke helps him think.

Nothing hidden. No armor above the neck. The Bald fighters face everything without cover and consider this the only honest approach.
Musical instrument. Strung instrument. The Shamisen fighters understand that performance and violence are not opposites — they are the same act in different registers.
