There was a season when Lovey Haruto might have simply been shogun, born to it, handed the lacquered seat like a cup of morning tea, no fists required. Instead the wars unmade the old order and left him standing in a scorched courtyard on a hot afternoon, sweat soaking through his gi, having actually fought for the title everyone once assumed he'd inherit. He won it not with rage but with the strangest weapon in the Dojo, a smile that meant it, a hand offered to the man he'd just dropped, kindness thrown like a punch nobody saw coming until it landed. Now he sits on his makeshift throne of stacked sake crates, grinning like a fool who got exactly what he wanted, because he did. He tells himself tomorrow he'll meditate at dawn, no weed before noon, discipline restored like the old days, and every single morning the floor of that promise gets rugged before the sun even clears the hills.
No accessory. Maximum presence. The Shirtless Runt fighters decided that bare skin is its own kind of armor — visible, deliberate, impossible to mistake.
